The rider stands on the left shoulder of the horse with the rein in his left hand, and mounts the horse from the left side. There are usually three ways to mount a horse from the ground, manual assistance and steps. In order to learn to mount accurately and quickly, one should first practice breaking down the movement.
Manual mounting assistance: The rider stands on the left side of the horse close to the horse's body, facing the saddle, holds the nail hair or the front saddle bridge with his left hand and the right side of the rear saddle bridge with his right hand, bends the knee joint of his left leg, lifts the leg back, and is supported by the hands of the assistant on the small leg, the rider pushes off the ground with his right foot, with the pull of both hands and the lifting force of the assistant. Lift your right foot off the ground with your left leg and lift your right leg straight and quickly across the horse's rump and sit gently in the saddle.
Mount with the help of steps: lead the horse next to the mount steps, let the horse stand parallel to the steps, the rider holds the REINS with his left hand, grasps the armour or front saddle bridge, turns the stirrup clockwise with his right hand, the stirrup makes the outer side of the horse orange facing him, and steps the horse with his left foot.
